Rehab Addict and Vanilla Ice Project fans, in case you haven't heard yet (though I hope you have; I hate to be the bearer of bad news), the beloved DIY Network will be cancelled in 2020 once Chip and Joanna Gaines's long-awaited network takes over. Understandably, people have a lot of questions. So, we're here to give you as many answers as we can.

According to a source for People, once the former Fixer Upper stars and current Magnolia entrepreneurs take over and rename the channel (which is currently in more than 52 million homes) we're in for a total rebrand. Whether or not they'll hold on to some of DIY's fan-favorite shows is TBD, but we can rest assured knowing that everything that stays and gets added will be the best of the best since Chip and Jo will be curating all of the content.

This means everything on the new network will be hand picked by the duo, who (prematurely) announced the new adventure with Discovery, Inc back in November 2018 on Jimmy Fallon's late show. The two television veterans will take the titles of Co-Chief Creative Officers and, who knows! Maybe we'll end up seeing some HGTV's Fixer Upper stars back at it with Chip and Jo...like Clint Harp, perhaps? I wouldn't mind if he made an appearance, or several, on the network in 2020.

And apparently, that might not be such a pipe dream: "Obviously working with Chip and Jo is always on the table for me, as I think we have done pretty well together," Clint told People, adding, "Whomever I work with, whatever the project, my hope is always the same: to be able to produce good work that inspires people to go out and do something they love."

As far as DIY Network cast members go, I bet we'll be seeing a lot more of them as well, though little has been confirmed on that front. So far, we know that DIY in 2020 will feature "community, home, garden, food wellness, entrepreneurialism, and design." So, a little of everything.

Until its end, though, a Discovery representative assures viewers that the DIY Network will continue sharing premiere content.
