Frank Lloyd Wright is undoubtedly one of the most iconic American architects of our time, so the chance to live in one of his creations is an architecture-lover's dream. Well, get your bids ready: Wright's Norman Lykes House in Phoenix, Arizona, hits the auction block later this month, so one lucky buyer will get their hands on Wright's last- ever residential design. The no-reserve, no-minimum auction is set to begin on October 16.

“A late Frank Lloyd Wright house in such impeccable condition is truly a treasure,”says Nate Schar, Director of Luxury Real Estate for Heritage Auctions.“Bidders will have the opportunity to not only buy this incredibly livable mid-century modern home, but also to own the final masterpiece from the most iconic American architect.”

Like all of Wright's architecture, this three-bedroom, three-bathroom, 3,095 square-foot home was designed to embrace its surroundings while taking in the incredible views of the mountains around it. It also showcases Wright's fascination with geometry—the entire home is comprised of intersecting circles. The home had previously been listed at $2,650,000.

“This no-reserve auction presents a tremendous opportunity for fans of Frank Lloyd Wright to own his very last residential design,” says Schar. “The home has only been on the market once before, and its stewards have been careful to preserve as much as possible of Wright’s vision. It’s a very special home.”
