There's something so dreamy about the idea of desert living. The off-the-grid feel, incredible sunset views, and a peek into a completely different part of the world—even if it's only a few miles away from a thriving metropolis.

Now, there's the perfect Airbnb to live out your desert fantasy without straying too far into the wilderness. May we present #ThatDesertHouse, the home of Lindsay Hollinger, who also rents the equally-stunning Casa Joshua Tree on Airbnb Plus. The home, which has been featured in Domino, is close to the western entrance of Joshua Tree National Park in Southern California. Avid hikers, star gazers, and boulder climbers will be close in proximity to one of the U.S.'s best known national parks at the desert house, and the Airbnb's interior reflects the bohemian outdoorsy feel of the bordering Colorado and Mojave deserts.

We have a feeling bookings are going to go quickly; after all, Casa Joshua Tree's Instagram page boasts over 26k followers and using the hashtag #ThatDesertHouse, Hollinger has created a feed that beautifully displays the process to create the magic that is her desert dream home and its sister house.

At $225 a night, #ThatDesertHouse can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably. It has a hot tub, a full kitchen, and a gorgeous velvet sectional for lounging. The master bedroom is a converted garage with glass walls—letting in a beautiful amount of light to create a bright and calming space. A second bedroom faces west and has views of San Gorgonio Mountain—and the dazzling sun that sets over it. Meanwhile, Casa Joshua Tree will fit 5 guests in 2 bedrooms and cost $200 per night. Since both homes are out in the desert and has minimal WiFi, it's a great place to unwind and relax.
