Sandra Bullock, one of America's beloved sweethearts and award-winning actresses, parted ways with her Hollywood Hills home after almost 20 years of ownership last September when it was purchased for $2.925 million—and now, her former home could actually be yours to rent for $22,000 a month.

The price is pretty steep compared to what it was when Sandra was renting it out herself—$15,000 to $18,500 a month—but the new owner has had the home significantly renovated since the Bird Box star bid it farewell, driving the price upward. The 3,153-square-foot midcentury home was built in 1942 and is nestled in the hills above Chateau Marmont (a luxurious Los Angeles hotel frequented by the rich and famous) and the Sunset Strip.

It features four bedrooms that can easily convert to five (if you make use of the office area), and has three bathrooms. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open up to a magically secluded pool and cabana area, making it the perfect pad for indoor and outdoor entertaining—not to mention the insane amount of natural light they provide.

A spacious kitchen with ample island space calls for even more exciting entertaining opportunities, and the vaulted ceilings of the living room create a wide open, spacious feel. If you've got a Tesla (or are just dreaming of one), don't worry–the garage already comes with a Tesla charger.
