Fixer Upper fans, if you've been dealing with serious Chip and Joanna Gaines withdrawal, and summer 2020 seems too far off in the distance to see more of their incredible work, good news: You can now own one of the stunning Waco homes renovated by the duo—but it'll come at a price.

The 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath "Asian Ranch" turned French Country Farmhouse from Season 2 of Fixer Upper is currently on the market, and although it was originally listed back in April for $740,000, it has already had a slight price cut, currently asking for $679,900.

Despite this, the asking price is still nearly triple what the home went for on the show, and it's pretty understandable, based on its 2015 insane interior and exterior transformation. The Texas home was first purchased for $262,200 by the Reed family, way under their original budget of $450,000—leaving Chip and Jo with quite the generous reno budget.

The most significant change to the home was creating an open concept by knocking down all the walls and adding in huge windows to let in tons of natural light. Plus, the kitchen was turned from grunge to gourmet and the backyard received beautiful landscaping, a gorgeous patio, and a swing set kids of all ages will love.

But if the Asian House just isn't calling your name, you'll also want to check out "The Faceless Bunker House," another project completed by the Fixer Upper couple.
